Signposts Luton was established in 1985 to help provide a solution to the growing problem of homelessness in Luton.

Our main objective is: “To provide residential and supportive services for those who for many reasons and circumstances are unable to obtain appropriate accommodation to meet their needs."

For over 20 years Signposts has provided quality emotional and practical support and accommodation to a varied client group who have found themselves homeless – vulnerable individuals with mental illness, people with drug and/or alcohol issues, young people, ex-offenders and young offenders. And our experienced and dedicated staff team continues to provide this care on a day-to-day basis to help those who are affected by homelessness across Luton and Dunstable...

  Overview  
We provide varying levels of accommodation and support dependent upon the needs of the individual, and work in partnership with long-term residents and shorter-term clients to create an effective and practical support plan to independent living.

Signposts Luton is an umbrella term for six different projects, each with its own specialist remit and aims. The organisation comprises ten separate project buildings across Luton and Dunstable, overseen at a local level by dedicated project managers and staff teams, and facilitated by our central Head Office based in the Hightown area of Luton.
